Hi! I’m Abby!

When “eighteen-year-old Abby” decided to pursue physical therapy rather than music education, she had no idea that it would one day carve a new path that would include everything important to her—movement, music, and making a difference.

Now, I get to combine the know-how gleaned from a doctorate in physical therapy, years of clinical experience as a PT and personal trainer, and many, many, many hours spent at the piano and bopping with my a cappella group. I can also beatbox, but I don’t know if that really helps…

I was honored to get to spend years working with a collegiate soccer team to develop their strength and conditioning program and reduce their athletes’ time spent benched due to injuries. Sharing this particular combination of experiences with performers ensures that they get the health and performance resources that sporting athletes have had access to for a long time. You deserve this!!

My very favorite part of this work is that I get to constantly fan-girl over my clients. Believe me; I am already your #1 fan.
