Solo is designed to help musicians with
Confidence in your body — understand how to move well, feel strong, and avoid injury.
Performance-ready resilience — whether it’s a long rehearsal, a back-to-back show, or a physically demanding role, your body will be prepared.
A real-life, rest-positive approach to training — flexible, playful, and built around your musician lifestyle.
Longevity in your career — build the strength and stamina to keep doing what you love for the long haul.
A coach who truly gets it — I’m in your corner and can’t wait to support you on this journey.
“I really notice I can play for longer with more energy. I don’t feel dead at the end of the gig. And carrying my equipment is nothing now. I even notice that I get the sound I want out of the guitar without hitting the strings as hard.”
Solo is for you if you want:
A plan that complements the physical requirements of your instrument and won’t impede your ability to play safely.
More energy for practicing and performing.
Feedback and accountability from a coach without shame and judgment.
Quicker recovery to feel better during busy seasons
Someone else to plan it out for you.
A plan that can be flexible with your schedule.
"Since working with Abby, I am able to confidently continue training for both singing and powerlifting.
In fact, with the techniques Abby provided, both hobbies now feel like they strengthen each other"
— D.D.
