While this is not a physical therapy service, Fortissimo coaching is great for those who want to keep moving toward their goals while dealing with or recovering from injury or other health-related issues.
Which program is best for you?
Core Principles of all Forte fitness programs:
You are in charge. You know yourself best. I already believe you.
Show up and do your best. It is expected that your best will vary from day to day. The ways that you show up will vary as well. Programs are written for human beings with human-being expectations.
Sufficiency and precision. Doing the RIGHT amount for you is how to reach your goal. More for the sake of more is just fluff.
Movement can be fun and playful. Consider this another form of your self-expression.
What you will not see here:
Overly prescriptive workouts. You will learn how to select the weights you need for each workout. You are in charge!
Physical therapy: If you are in need of a PT visit, you can learn more here.
A focus on weight loss. All Forte services utilize a weight-neutral approach. No before/after photos or weigh-ins. I am not a nutrition expert. Body shaming is a hard pass here.
Attendance awards. There is no moral high ground for those who do every single workout. There will be no shame or judgment for missing workouts.
